I hope you all had wonderful weekends spent with your mothers and families! Mine was spent at the beach and going through old pictures from my childhood... I never realized how much sass I actually had until I saw my diva pose in ALL of my pictures. I guess my mom should have known that I'd grow up to be the same sassy female.
One thing I love more than a weekend spent at the beach is the time I get to spend with my family. I was the only child to move away from home so we are a very close knit bunch. Because of finals and lots of new activities I hadn't gotten the chance to go home to celebrate my mothers birthday... She got double love this weekend (birthday AND Mother's Day) It was super hot this weekend... and by hot I mean that the burn time at Jax Beach was only 15 minutes. I decided to keep it light and airy with this super cute army green dress. Nude accents were the key to keeping it "springy" and my new little handbag from Target went perfectly. I'm big on getting the most for my money and I love talking about the deals I get on clothes. If you've ever watched extreme couponers you understand that there is a sort of exhilarating rush that accompanies buying something on sale or for a low price. This entire outfit cost less than $100 ($80 to be exact minus all jewelry!) That is unreal, when some of my shoes cost more than that. Dress: $25 | Sandals: $15 | Belt: $15 | Purse: $25 SHOP THE LOOK dress: Forever 21 | sandals: sold out, find name brand version here | belt: Target | purse: Target

I am a college student in engineering and I love it, but my real passion is fashion. I am obsessed with all things neutral, all black clothing, expensive hand bags, and shoes with red bottoms.
