Business Casual

Lots of exciting things are in motion right now for me but that just means I'll have more opportunities to wear cuter outfits to share with you all. This afternoon I had an informal business lunch; I wanted my outfit to say that I am bright and cheery but well put together. I do believe that your outfit can speak for you... after all first impressions matter most. I've featured this top before on the blog but it is has such a beautiful shape and structure that I had to post again. 

I am branching out of my comfort zone in business and am ready to work towards my goals (obvi being fashionable during the whole process). I know it'll take a lot of hard work, late nights and strong coffee but it will be worth it. Chase your dreams because you don't want to wake up after going to work at the same company you've been with for 20 years and wish you had just taken that first step towards a bigger reality. I sound like I am preaching but honestly you are never too young or too old to push yourself or to dream bigger. All of my life my mom has called me her "dreamer" and "risk taker" because I love the extremes in life and am willing to take big risks. 

I live big, I love hard and I have God to thank for all of it.  I just wanted to share my two cents.... even though I probably gave you all the whole dollars worth of advice.
