ADVOCARE

Monday November 2nd I started my Advocare 24-day challenge! Usually I wouldn't try the "weight loss" program because I just try to work out and eat clean but Advocare is a program that cleanses the body of all of the toxins that we ingest every day and prepares it for optimal nutrition during the maximum phase. My sister did the challenge and her results were incredible... I had to try it! After 10 days of the cleanse phase I feel great, with a ton of energy. Also the best part is I am no longer craving unhealthy foods. Truth: I will always crave donuts... that will never EVER change. 

My goals were not to lose weight but to change the overall look of my abdomen, arms and thighs. I have been working out for the last 6 months but this was the "edge" I needed to get to my ideal physical shape.
