I have been on a health kick for the past couple months... mostly because bathing suit season is upon us and I want to look my best. I have always loved smoothies and when green smoothies became popular I fell in love with those too! I took the next step and tried a green juice from this cute little juice bar next to my hair salon and had never tasted something so healthy and wonderful all at once.
I didn't want to have to drive 20 minutes and spend $8 on a juice every day so I researched which home juicer was the best. The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juicer was by far the best option for the best price. You can buy it online at Target for $49.99 or in-store for $59.99 (they only carry the green and white in-store). Juicing is so good for you because you are getting all of the nutrients from a days worth of fruit and veggies in one cup! I usually substitute my breakfast for a juice or if I really want to eat when I wake up (or don't have time to juice) then I will make one for dinner and just eat something small with it. If you are unsure if you would like it, my suggestion to you is to find a local juice bar and go try some of their products! I can almost guarantee you will find a love for it like I did! Good luck :) Link to the one I bought here!

Elf cosmetics are simply wonderful and extremely inexpensive! I bought all of the items pictured above for under $30... that is insane. If you find a Kabuki brush anywhere else it is at least $25-$40 (that is the short white and black brush) and the Elf one was only $6. That is such a difference for the same brush and same results.
Normally inexpensive makeup is considered "cheap" and would break your skin out but this stuff is different! It doesn't break my skin out and doesn't break the bank either. Their matte lip colors are amazing and stay all day and the Sunkissed Glow Bronzer is perfect for a natural look after some hours in the sun. I love natural makeup. My grandmother has worked in cosmetics for as long as I can remember and like any grandma she would always tell me that I am too beautiful to wear makeup but she said if I did ever wear it, to make it look like I had nothing on. Now it is popular to contrast and be dramatic with eyeliner and shadows and lipsticks but to this day my favorite makeup look is the natural one. (Find Elf Cosmetics at Target) |
